A practical study system that starts from a clear goal and uses AI to summarise, explain, space out your revision and quiz you, without ever replacing your own effort.

Artificial intelligence cannot learn for you, but it can be a useful companion for someone who is learning. This course teaches a simple study system: you set a clear goal, ask the tool to summarise the material and explain the hard parts in more than one way, then turn what you understood into a spaced revision plan and questions to test yourself.
The second chapter closes with the most important part: how to check that what the tool told you is correct, and how to avoid leaning on it so much that you lose the habit of thinking for yourself. The lessons are short articles, and each ends with one small step to try in your real studies.

No. Understanding and remembering happen in your own mind. A tool can save you time on summarising and drafting questions, but the effort you put into recalling and practising is what makes knowledge stay. The course shows how to benefit from a tool without letting it become a shortcut that empties learning of its meaning.
It can happen, and a wrong answer can sound completely confident. That is why a whole lesson is given to checking: compare the explanation with a trusted source such as your textbook, ask for the reasoning steps, and watch numbers and names closely. If a tool disagrees with a trusted source, ask your teacher or consult the reference.
