Does the subscription open every course?
It opens every course included in the subscription, which is most of them. Some instructors exclude theirs; those carry a «not included in the subscription» mark, are bought on their own, and stay yours for life.
When am I charged, and how does it renew?
You are charged when you subscribe, then automatically on the same day of each period (month, three months or year) until you cancel. Your next renewal date is always shown on your subscription page.
How do I cancel?
From your subscription page in two steps: an optional reason, then a confirmation. No phone call, no email, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for — after that, nothing is charged.
What happens if a payment fails?
We tell you immediately with a link to update your payment method, and your access stays open for 3 days while we retry. If payment does not go through in that window, subscription access stops — and returns the moment a payment succeeds.
Do I keep my certificates after the subscription ends?
Yes. A certificate you earned stays in your account and its verification link keeps working, even after the subscription ends. What stops is watching the courses the subscription opened.
Can I upgrade from monthly to annual?
Self-serve plan switching is coming. Until then, cancel the current plan and subscribe on the plan you want once the paid period ends, or write to support and we will arrange it.
Which payment methods work for a subscription?
Cards (mada, Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Instalment services such as Tabby and Tamara are for one-off purchases only and do not support recurring billing.
